The Meaalofa Foundation gGmbH has already been able to donate PCs with screens and associated equipment to shelters for unaccompanied minors in Greece several times this year. These shelters are spread all over Greece and are run by NGOs and other organisations such as the Hellenic Red Cross - Alexandroupolis, Greece, Synyparxis - Ecumenical Refugee Programme, The HOME Project and others. These organisations were able to collect the equipment from us and then distribute it to the camps for minors throughout Greece.
As many of these camps are located in remote rural areas, we were keen to provide the young people there with access to the Internet and thus access to educational opportunities and communication with the outside world through the PC stations that have now been set up and are equally accessible to all.
